Next time I'm there I'm binging the best paper I can buy and spending 30-45 minutes drawing the Bernini sculptures. They're plainly incredible. These were super fast, in pen, in a Field Notes notebook. Not optimal. Fun, but not optimal.

I did some drawing in Rome and took a lot of photos, so plenty of that stuff will soon be pumped out for your viewing pleasure. The following is the view from the window of our apartment. The subject is the building where Rossini wrote Il Barbiere di Siviglia
