I think I was listening to Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me and they made a joke about Armstrong's age. I don't even remember what the joke was but my wife and I immediately seized on the idea of him riding a Rascal around France. From that, this ridiculous image was born:
The funny thing about it, is Armstrong is only a year older than I am, and I don't feel all that old Still the joke worked well for the two of us (my wife was cracking up over my shoulder as I was building it out) and that's all that matters.
