Great meal, lousy email management.

Operating what seems an opt-in email list based off of their on-line reservation system it turns out Lala Rokh actually operates an "opt-out" list. GRR. What's worse, the email that info@lalarokh.com forwards to is busted, so I can't be sure my complaints on the matter getting through. Double GRR. Want a good example of how important a good, consumer friendly email policy is? I had a great time there on Saturday night and I can't say enough good things about the food- but because of this I may not go back. I hate "no choice" opt-out lists especially when the people managing it can't manage something as simple as keeping the control email address functional.
