(This Sketch Is) Going Around In Circles

I'd like to paint something like this, in black and white, on a large wall. A handball court would be cool.
Anyone got a spare handball court?

I added a bunch of new art for sale to RobReact.com.
I've got four more drawings to add later this week.
And the wheels of commerce grind on.
Beyond that interlude, I've been absolutely killing the redesign of DrunkenFist.com. I just got a reasonable version of the main blog template running, so I'm like 85% to a "beta" level. Which is basically where I launch the thing and then scramble to fix bugs for two weeks.
I actually enjoy that time. It's a little bit manic, but somehow invigorating.
I'm hoping to be there come March 1.
If I make that date I'm buying a bottle of Krug.
Once I make it past that date, I'll be doing a lot more prose writing around here. I'm several reviews behind and I've got some other topics ready to go. I hope you dig both the the redesign and the content that will follow.
About what? I'm keeping that to myself
I'll express myself through my art and let the rest be so much water under the bridge.
Apparently, I'm almost an adult.

I was never a huge fan of the original series. I liked it, but not that much.
I really only liked two of the subsequent movies (Wraith of Khan and the one with the whales.)
I never watched any of the spin-off series.
But I'm a big fan of J.J. Abrams and I'm a compete nerd. Therefore, I was excited for this reboot of Star Trek.
I was right to be excited. It was a blast. It's a fun couple of hours- nice to look at, full of explodo and briskly paced.
It was interesting how quickly I adopted the new faces to their roles- even Harold. While it definitely speaks to the lesser emotional attachment I have to the originals, it definitely speaks well to the casting and the writing. The casting for finding people who fit the types really well and the writing for refreshing the personalities without losing their identifiable characteristics. Within just a few minutes I was comfortable with the new reality and remained so throughout. This was especially true with the "big reveal" near the end of the film. I won't spoil it, but it was a typical Abrams plot device and it wrapped the film up in what I thought was a nice little package.
All in all, one to check out.
Bring on the sequels.
For those of you keeping score, I'm probably 75% done with the site redesign now. I just need to work on the WordPress integration. The problem with that in terms of DrunkenFist.com is that it's not like just making a theme and being done with it. Since it fits in with the rest of the site, it's a little more complicated than it normall is to get the wordpress section up and running.
Oh well.
