And it was fun.

So fun, I did it twice. Once as a sketch in a meeting and then later on in ink. Big time.

We went down to the race yesterday and we had a complete blast. The racing was fun for both the men and the women and the crowds were strong and enthusiastic. I bet it'll take off, just based on the results from the first year. Kudos to Mayor Menino and Boston's "bike czar" Nicole Freedman and all the sponsors for a great event.

Congrats to Tina Pic and Kyle Wamsley for their respective wins.

Yeah, I thought Star Wars was fun to revisit. This was like that times five, because The Empire Strikes Back has the added bonus of being a really great movie (as opposed to being a pretty-good/memory-lane kind of thing.) I hadn't seen it in probably 10 years. I would watch it again today.

It's fun to take these films back from the prequel generated abyss.

And another thing. Han Shot first! Bitches!

Seriously. I'm 100% over all that stuff. I'm not clinging desperately to the memory of these films as I first experienced them. No way am I doing that.

Anyway, I watched *ahem* "Star Wars Episode IV – A New Hope" for the first time in probably ten years and you know what? It's STILL FUCKING AWESOME.
