Now I&#039;m obsessed with wild mushrooms and have to order them if I see them on a menu. If you haven&#039;t tried Chanterelles I highly recommend them. P.S. thanks for posting my letter to NY Times. If any fundamentalists get mad, I&#039;m using the classic Bill Hicks line - &quot;Well, then forgive me.&quot;</description>
