Random thoughts:
Not to take away anything from what the Sox did because they kicked the donkey’s ass the last four nights, BUT, he 2004 Yankees are the biggest choke artists in the history of playoff baseball. I just like saying that.
I wouldn’t complain if Tim McCarver never called another series ever again. If you thought I hated him before… forget it. Right now all I’ll say about the president of the Derek Jeter fanclub is that I’d like to see someone douse him with a bucket of urine.
A-Fraud. Just because.
Seriously, what was up with that baby move the other night? He does that, then submits an 0-4 night in game seven? George must be happy about his $25,000,000 investment right about now.
Fuck Gary Sheffield. Just wanted to throw that out there. In hindsight this quote looks really fucking funny:
“They’re a walking disaster. They act like they’re tough, how they care so much about winning, but it’s all a front. They’re just a bunch of characters.”
The humor was unintentional on his part, but hey, at this point he’s got to take what he can get.
The following has to be mentioned. If the Red Sox do not win the World Series, I won’t be happy. This has been amazingly, awesomely greater than great… but the point of all this is not to merely get to the series, it’s to win it…
